We are all on a journey to discover why we are here, what is our individual purpose is, and who we are. How can you figure all this out?
This shift can begin with a question to help you ease into your fullness. This has an impact on everyone around you.
In this video you’ll hear:
- Recognizing the barrier you put in front of yourself that holds you back from becoming the truest, most authentic, genuine expression of yourself.
- Lynn’s desire for you this week and what she encourages you to do.
- This is a season for nature and humans as we grow and shift deeper into ourselves.
- What areas of your life can you shift and grow into?
- We fear judgment from others. We judge ourselves and others.
- This clouds up and creates barriers that hold us back from growing into who we truely are.
[03:49] Lynn’s desire for you this week
- Be open and allow yourself to really grow into being you
- Dip your toes into “I am growing into the full expression of me.”
[05:24] Lynn Morgan Carpenter: “I am growing into the full expression of me.”
[05:36] Lynn Morgan Carpenter: “When we embody the fullness of ourselves, it is so dang beautiful and bright. It repels judgment and brings attraction. It just attracts, it attracts anything and everything that you're yearning and wanting and desiring in your life.”

Lynn Morgan Carpenter: So, yes, we are here in spring, and this is often a time we are looking at the areas of our lives that we can grow. So just like the seasons where we're going to start seeing the plants emerge, and the flowers bloom, and the tree leaves to come out and grow, you know, this is a natural time for us as humans to really tap into that cycle and to look at the different areas of our lives that we can enhance, shift, change, grow. And all of that is beautiful. I mean, that is the world that I can live in and I do live in a lot. Anywhere where we can personally develop and grow, professionally grow, spiritually grow, all of that is so meaningful and really adds richness to this journey of life. But recently, really the message that I've been hearing is that not only is it growth, but rather it's shifting this lens a bit to where it's growth on, it is growth to be you.
So it's, it's not so much the focus of growing, but it's the focus to grow into you, like really just being you. And I would love to know who this speaks to because I can tell you I've been on a journey and I'm still on the journey. Like I am still walking towards that purest, purest expression of my soul and the purpose of my soul being here. And my hope and desire is definitely to help others and link arms with all of you that are feeling the same of, you know, I feel this, I feel this core rootedness of the true essence of who I am, why I am here, and the purpose I have to serve and the way that I am to just merely exist and express myself. So if any of you are sitting in that place and you're really just wanting to relax into that, I want you to know, I understand you, and I have your back on this.
And I've been on the journey of it for really a long time, to be honest, for a long time. And it's just taken new shapes and forms, especially over the past few years. I basically have just kind of lit the fire to do the igniting of this process. And, and I'm still just this week I took a really big healthy, beautiful bounty full step into going even closer to that full expression of myself. Something that I'll be able to share more in the future. But I want to just really translate that message that if you have been feeling of, oh my God, I don't even know if it's growing, I don't know if it's growth, but more so it's easing into the fullness of who I am.
And so that could even look at like growing into the full expression of who I am so that we can all be received. And here's the thing is like when we can show up on the scene of our lives and be the full expression of ourselves, that is felt and that is beautiful and it translates well, and it has an impact and experience your unique experience, your unique full expression of you and who you are, it translates and people feel it. And it's a gift. It's a gift to us all to be able to shine in that way, in that unique way that only you can, especially when you allow yourselves to fully, to fully release and to just fall into that. And I think where the trap comes is like, it's so hard because we judge ourselves. We judge other people. And so then we think, gosh, if I do that, I might be judged.
You know, we, we get into it as where we're we feel like we don't have maybe the capabilities, the capabilities to really step into what we feel exists within us. So not having the capabilities or the resources or the logistical problems, and literally all of that is just clouding it up and creating barriers that we put in front of ourselves. We really do. We put these barriers in front of ourselves. So I want to encourage you to just start to open your mind up to this place of who am I? Who am I, and what did I come here to really express? Like what's the truest, most authentic, genuine expression of me? And just by asking that question will start to energetically open you up to this place to where you can start to really be drawn and pulled towards it and released and allowed to just sink into it, embody it, and be it.
So I hope for this week for you to really just start the process of scratching the surface of being, just allow yourself to really grow into being you. So this time right now, spring is upon us and dipping into, I am growing into the full expression of me. And I want you to know I'm not gonna judge you. No way. I'm gonna support you and others aren't gonna judge you either. Because truly when we embody the fullness of ourselves, it is so dang beautiful and bright that it repels judgment and all it does is bring attraction. It just attracts, it attracts anything and everything that you're yearning and wanting and desiring in your life. So this is why it's really important to melt in ease into the full expression of just being you.
