Lynn Morgan Carpenter: Okay, here we go. We're going into the month of February and I wanna dedicate this month to relationships. So I, for one, I love this topic. I am a relationship girl. I love learning about how we are connecting with other people as we're on this journey of living more connected.
And so I wanna do a deep dive, not only in relationships that are in your outer world, but also the interrelationships. So the relationship that you have with yourself. And the reason why that's so important is because it affects the relationships that are in our outside world. So our friendships, our our relationships at work, with our relatives, with our family, our children, our spouses, everything. And I wanna dive into topics such as why is it so important to have a relationship with self? And how do we develop that? And what does that feel like?
Also, friendships. Oh my goodness, I've heard from so many people that after the pandemic friendships have been wonky. It's been wonky to navigate how to reconnect, how to make new connections. Um, social anxiety has taken place. Like there's a lot that's been uncovered and that we've been navigating through.
So this is why I feel like it's timely for us to, let's do a little deep dive into relationships, the, um, meaning that they have in our lives, and how we can really root in and feel the richness that our relationships provide. Relationships are beautiful, they're meaningful. That's how we are connected. I mean, without having others to connect with and connecting with ourselves. What else? What is there, what's there to joy in life? So this is why I wanna bring this to you. We're gonna dive into topics such as conflict, how to cozy up to it, uh, co-dependency, you know, am I a high-functioning co-dependent? And how do I create interdependence in my relationships? So we're going to dive into all of that. I cannot wait, and I'm excited to have you join me as we go on this journey together of how to live more connected in our relationships.
