Lynn Morgan Carpenter: Raising your vibration. This is this week's focus and I was reminded of the importance of this as I just finished an intuitive coaching session with one of my clients and this topic came up. And a tip and a tool that I shared with her, I'm gonna share with you so that you can use it this week. So yes, the state of our vibration. Really just think of: it's your energy and when we are vibrating at a low energy that has a feeling, and when we are vibrating at a higher elevated energy, that has a feeling. And a lot of my work is around increasing the well-being. And so one of the ways to increase your well-being and your experience as you're navigating daily life is to tend to the vibration of your energy and to really intentionally go towards elevating that rising your vibration. And what this does is it has an effect on your well-being. The other thing is, is that when we are intentionally working to operate at a higher vibration, we naturally attract more positivity. We attract more positive thoughts, we attract more positive people into our lives, and we attract more positive opportunities and experiences. Also, with increasing your vibration, with a higher vibration, you can have more of a sense of clarity and be more connected to your intuition. So a lot of my clients come to me because they are also wanting to connect to their intuition and to foster that relationship so that they can trust it. And one of the in ingredients, the keys, is to be mindful of your energy and it's striving towards, it's doing activities, it is being mindful of practices, that help to raise your energetic vibration. So the tip and the tool that came out of my coaching session with my client today is that this is especially true if you've been on a path where for some time now could even be a few years or longer, that it's been harder. Your energy has been lower, your sense and your outlook feels darker, dimmer. If that has been your experience, this is a tool and technique for you to increase your vibration starting right now. So sometimes when we have had a longer period of walking that path, we need to be reminded of what a higher vibration energy feels like. And how you can remind yourself of this is take yourself back to a time in your life and attach yourself to memories that had a high vibration, that were high in energy. This, these are memories and experiences that you had that did foster joy, that were exciting. There was opportunity, maybe even in these experiences, they were playful. It opened up possibilities. You want to take yourself where you are today and at that lower energy, how you can increase it is attach yourself to a time in your life where it was at a higher level because you have memory programmed inside of you. And by doing this, you're going to be able to spark up that memory 'cause you've walked that path of a higher vibration. And you can attach, attach yourself to it energetically and bring that into today's experience. Allow the energy from the past and those joyful, playful times of opportunity and possibility and bring them forward and attach to them, and allow them to be a guiding force as you're on this path of increasing your well-being and increasing your vibration and increasing your sense of energy. So this is a tip and tool that just came out today and I wanted to be able to share it here, right here, right now and stay tuned all week because this is the topic, this is the focus for you, for I, for us together to focus on raising our energetic vibration so that we can continue to walk down this path.
