Lynn Morgan Carpenter: So last week I started this conversation of really having the focal point in our lives, being focused on our wellbeing, our sense of wellbeing. And this week I wanna continue this conversation, but just in a slightly different way. This is actually inspired by a friend of mine who's an astrologer, Christina Luna. And there's a few times she will say, I wonder at times if our human experience, we are sent here truly just to enjoy life, enjoy the human experience. And when I think of that, the, the words that come to me is, what if our main job here is just to simply enjoy this experience? And I love that because anytime I will bring that knowledge, that awareness into my being, it helps me to shift, you know, because it's so easy as humans to get covered up in obligations, responsibilities, the heaviness of life. You know, I think for a lot of us, we've felt tethered to kind of this, this overhanging heaviness.

And this is why I bring these messages to you because I know, I know that through awareness, through these mind shifts, these, um, mental resets, and through energetic work that we absolutely can change the energy of what it feels like in our day-to-day lives and change the experience of what we are having in our day-to-day life. So this week I'm encouraging you to really step foot into this awareness of my main job, my main job today is just really to enjoy today. And it shifts that, okay, oh shoot, the car is almost on empty. I need to go get gas. I have to go get gas. It's like I get to go and fuel up my car. I get to go and have the experience. Who am I gonna see across from the pump? Maybe there's someone kind of interesting over there. Maybe I get to experience the sun shining down on me as I'm fueling my car. Um, but it's just looking of like, I'm gonna go into this task with the mindset of I just, I'm just gonna tackle it with joy. Um, I'm going and I'm going into a board meeting and this is challenging. And we're gonna be talking about some things that, um, bring up some conflict. How can I go into this with this sense of joy, of, okay, I'm looking here to have understanding, but then also to hold strong of my point and really just going into this place if I'm gonna enjoy this experience and whatever comes out of it. So there's just a power that, that we embody when we're able to have this mind shift, this mental mindset shift of, I'm just here to enjoy this. I'm here to enjoy this journey. And today as I wake up and I have the different things that are on my list, I can look at this and say, all right, I'm gonna do those things. I'm gonna do 'em with joy. I'm just gonna enjoy the experience because why not? Why not? See what that does. See the energy shift and see the different feeling that you'll have and that lighter and brighter feeling. So this is what we're going to play with this week and, um, come back next week cuz I have another message for you all on this notion of really having our wellbeing as a focal point, enjoying this experience that we are given as being humans here on earth.
