Lynn Morgan CarpenterSo let's go ahead and talk about fear. Fear is a universal experience. It has reason and benefit. It of course keeps us safe when it needs to be, it's in its proper place. But also we can have fear and it will do the opposite of keeping us held back where we're in such a place of safety that we're not moving forward and we're not going towards what is needed in our lives at this moment in time. 

And I want to help you to do a little mental reset when you feel the fears flood in, when you think about what it is that's before you and what is calling for you, what, what in your life is calling for there to be a shift? What in your life is calling for there to be a change? What in your life is calling for you to be, to enhance? What is it? And really take note and really root into what the message is of that. And flip this fear of what if I, what if I do that? What if I were to walk towards that, to the fear of if I don't. I want you to adopt the fear and start thinking about and creating fear within yourself of, if I don't go towards this, if I don't go towards what I know is calling for me, what will happen? And start thinking about the fear of that and allow that to motivate you. Allow that to inspire you and allow that for you to move forward. Because I'm gonna tell you something that I know within my whole being that your soul came here to live a very specific, beautiful essential life for your overall enhancement and growth and expansion. And when we keep ourselves from the very things that are calling for us at the moment in time in our lives, and yes, it's true as you walk through your life, it can shift and it changes and it does.

And so whatever it is that's calling for you, it depends on what stage you are in your life and where you are. But you know what it is because it's there and you can hear it. And so walk towards that and develop the fear - if I don't do this, what will happen? Because your soul came here for the experience of this. Your soul came here for the expression of what will come from doing this, from stepping into this next piece of your life. Your soul came here so that it can be expanded and experience an expansion by you answering the call of what's calling for you at this moment in time. And by preventing it with fear of not doing it, that is going to keep you stuck and trapped and where you are.

And just like what I mentioned last Monday in my message and in that cloud of heaviness, you will remain there. You will remain there. And you're not here to remain there. That's what I do know. It's fine to experience it for a while, and it has good meaning and purpose because it, if it's utilized correctly, it is a catalyst for this next, for the next, because that gets so dang heavy, you just can't weather it anymore, cannot stand it any longer. And so as you're moving forward, I want, as the fears come in for you, when you start to think of taking that step towards what's calling for you, and those fears start to rise up. What if I, what if this? What if this, what if that? I want you to flip it and say, what if I don't? What if I don't make this behavior change? What if I don't make this shift? What if I don't make this change, no matter how small or big that change is? What if I don't? What's going to be the effect? And allow that to be your motivation. Allow that to be your guide and keep walking towards what's calling for you at this moment in time because it's important and it's doing it right here at this moment in time with meaning and purpose. And it is your moment to step towards it.
